Dancing the Inner Body - a space for you to consciously clear your mind, clear and balance energy and give yourself permission to open to a more fulfilled way of being.
Although this can happen in our regular dance practice, this will be a more mindful session.
And if you have problems with physical movement, you can feel restricted, even feel unable, to explore the way music and moving the body can take us further on our path of self-knowledge and spiritual awareness.

DANCING THE INNER BODY will start with sitting, with meditation and gradually build in a way that will allow you to work physically in a way that is not only completely non-competitive but also sensitive to the physical comfort of each individual.
PATH TO SPIRIT is a 45 minute workshop where we will quietly and gently work with the energy chakras with both visualisation and movement. And it's not about my path. It's about yours.
For those who attend Mazazik Dance, or any dance form which encourages us to dance in a certain way, you will have felt the benefits of moving in a way which allows our energy to flow.
But in these workshops, by being conscious, mindful, of our motivation, the intention is to build more on the transformative effects of our work.
And this is the start.
