OPTION 1 SCHEDULE - with Hurghada Extension
19 to 22 November (3 nights)
Hurghada (at a hotel in the heart of things with a swimming pool)
To enjoy the bright lights,
take a boat trip,
sip cocktails by the sea,
sample the great array of restaurants
and maybe do some Christmas shopping (fixed price shopping is more available here).
I will be consulting with members of the group on a daily basis what they would like to do,
make any arrangements,
and in Hurghada will escort you.

The next morning transfer to the relaxed and beautiful West Bank of Luxor in time for a late lunch.
Included in your time at the popular Gezira Garden hotel are -
*10 hours dancing,
*a local village trip
*a musical evening with local band
*an escorted trip to the local souk
Your transfers from Hurghada airport to your hotel, plus return transfers from and to Luxor are included.
Accommodation at the Gezira Garden is full board.
Meals in Hurghada will be extra.
In Luxor we can arrange any other sightseeing you would like to do - the Valley of the Kings,
Hatshepsut's temple, Karnak ...... the list goes on!
OPTION 2 - Absolute Beginners in Luxor
22 to 29 November (7 nights)
First night in a tourist class hotel in Hurghada with airport transfer (most Easyjet flights are late arrivals)
The next morning transfer to the relaxed and beautiful West Bank of Luxor in time for a late lunch.
6 nights in a single room full board at the Gezira Garden Hotel - plus
*10 hours dancing,
*a local village trip
*a musical evening with local band
*an escorted trip to the local souk

Please be aware that I am not a travel operator. You will in effect be travelling with me as an independent travel companion. I am not responsible for changes that may need to be made, either personally or financially. Should local customs, such as bereavements, necessitate changes, I will ask you to be understanding. If there are hitches or problems with arrangements, I and my contacts will do our best to sort them for you and us. In case of illness, the local pharmacies are usually very helpful but I am not a medical expert and cannot recommend locally available medication.
Please make sure you take out adequate insurance to cover medical emergencies or cancellations.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS/ILLNESS
It is your responsibility to advise me please of any medical conditions you have, and to have adequate insurance cover for yourself. It is your responsibility to make sure you are fit and well enough to participate in the holiday and to consult your medical practitioner if necessary before you book.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Email your booking at mazazik_uk@hotmail and I will send you a booking form. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of the booking form and deposit. The balance will be required no later than 6 weeks before departure.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel after booking, my terms are as follows:
1) Up to 4 weeks after your confirmation email has been received - I will refund your deposit in full.
2) Up to 8 weeks before the date of your trip - no refund of your deposit.
3) Up to 4 weeks before the date of your trip - 50% of your full trip fee will be refunded.
4) Up to 7 days before the date of your trip - you will not receive a refund.
CANCELLATION OF LATE BOOKINGS
If you book within 6 weeks of the departure date of your trip and you need to cancel your booking, points 3) and 4) apply.
PASSPORT, VISAS, INSURANCE, INNOCULATIONS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and relevant visas and insurance. Please be aware that if you don't take out insurance before you book your flights, you may not be covered in case of problems. There are also recommended vaccinations for Egypt, including typhoid, tetanus and hep A. Please consult your surgery in good time to make sure you are covered.
